Amazing Birthday!

I had the best birthday ever!  It was about a week ago and I was spoiled!

I slept in, worked on Ted's blog, and then got to go and do a hard workout.  Although it doesn't sound fun to most people, it was rewarding because after my last surgery in October I told our personal trainer I wanted to be in the best shape of my life by my birthday, hard task, but I did it!  So a hard workout actually meant a lot to me!

After opening presents Ted and I meet his sister, Amanda, and her hubby Brannon at the Phoenix Art Museum to see Ansel Adams.  After, we ate at the best place (Modern Burger), and I had the best steak! YUMM!  And Amanda had even called ahead and told them it was my birthday.

No pictures of that night yet, Amanda has them all, but here are some from earlier in the day:

Ted got me a new set of pans
Perfect seeing we did not own 1 pot or pan.
Love them!

Lola dressed as one of my presents.

My Dad and Deb got me a thoughtful and very
cool book on Bulldogs, very helpful and a cute new
shirt for my new girlish figure :)

Ted's family knows me all to well
His mom made me a cupcake apron and got me
lots of cupcake things including a traveling case
and the cupcake tree I have always wanted!

Ted's sisters got me a baking gadget too.
With my big mixer in storage, I have been
 baking and whipping by hand.
This is amazing and has 7 speeds!

My mom and siblings got me a new workout outfit
Here I am trying to do a yoga pose in my new outfit and
take a picture at the same time, harder than it looks!

My friend Meghan heard Ted and I arguing over Ted not
wanting me to make my own birthday cake, but when we got home
on my birthday night she had a cake waiting for me, so thoughtful!

Perfect ending to the perfect day!

haha...I love the yoga pose picture. You're hilarious! You got lots of fun cooking stuff!! Don't forget to tell me when you want to use your class. Or, if you decide you would rather have something else, just say the words!! You're not gettin' out of your present girly!
