Tux night!

Isn't he dashing?  Well I think so!  Ted has a Masonic Meeting tonight at the lodge and early this week we FINALLY got all the pieces to finish off his tux.  It was really fun to watch him get ready and look so sophisticated.  And now I get to see Ted like this once or twice a month!  Yea!

Of course I was in my pj's helping him get ready... and it was only 6 pm...well at least one of us has it together!

I am the luckiest woman!

Valentines Day!

So this year I am so excited that it is Valentines Day...well I am always excited but this year just more than normal.  I am sending Ted off to do "man stuff" like shoot a gun and what not and I am preparing something really cool!  It is the first year I have really felt well and thought clearly since we married five years ago, so now it is my turn to be the "thoughtful" one!  I can't wait!

Happy Valentines Day everyone!

Temple and Sister Visit in D.C.

Today we went down to D.C. where we went to the temple, got to see the Tyson's and then got to go to dinner with my big sister!  It was a busy day but we had a blast.  In the picture it is us with our Bishop who jumped in the photo as we were taking it, thanks to Jeremy Rogers for taking the pictures.

I forgot my camera for our dinner double date, sorry mom!  But we had a really good time chatting and hanging out with my big sister Brittany and her hubby.  I have missed her and her husband Jeff!

Fun Babysitting!

I got to have the Wilstead kid's over at my house yesterday...I had so much fun!  I let them play out in the snow...with out thinking that they didn't have snow clothes...so yes they got all wet.

So...I put them in my capri workout pants and shirts and threw their clothes in the dryer
(now I am thinking like a mom!)

While the clothes were drying Lola, Paige, and Parker watch a movie and snuggled in my chair

Yes they did bring in a lot of snow with them...but it all melted and was easy to clean up!

ALDI!

Ok, so I love Aldi!  And for those of you who don't know about Aldi - it is a good and cheap grocery store.  Although it is a bit of a drive from our new little house it is totally worth it.  Their food is awesome, and you can ask Ted, I am picky when it comes to the quality of food.  Their food is cheap.  There are hardly any brand names but yet most there stuff is even better then the brand names.

You have to put a quarter in a slot in order to get your cart but then at the end you get it back.  It is wonderful.  The only draw back is it is on the smaller side so you can't get everything you need but it is great for that one or two times a month trip to load up on can goods (39 cents!)  and frozen goods.

If you ever want to go and live in Philly call me!  I'll take you I love any excuse I can get to go!
