Sea World!

Monday was my first trip to Sea World!

I was excited to go and thought I would like it, but what I didn't realize is that I would LOVE IT!

The shows were the best part!  I was glad Ted's mom, Valrie, was there so we could convince the guys to stay longer and go to more shows!

Me and Valrie waiting for the Shamu show

Waiting for the Sea Lion Show
Can you tell I am so excited!?  And Ted, well.....

Jumping from the second story into the water, such a great show!

We saw a new Dolphin show which was really cool with lots of diving in it as well.

Shamu!  I told Ted he is lucky he met me before I went to Sea World or else I would have ended up being a Whale Trainer!

For the guys we stopped at a donut place on the way home that has the biggest and best donuts ever!
Yumm! This is Ted's dad saying I am only eating one donut Valrie!  (about 5 regular ones though!)

All these donuts for $14 and that box was heavy!

Valrie pretending to eat a giant donut.  We barely could finish it and we split it!  So much sugar!

SEA WORLD IS A BLAST!  We have season passes now so come visit and we will take you!

El Segundo!

Our new house we rented with a backyard for Lola!
Yes a house!  With no walls connected to anyone else!  That's a first for us!

Santa Monica Beach 15 minutes away

Part of a 23 mile bike trail that goes from Redondo beach up the coast to Malibu!
I need a beach cruiser!

We move Friday!  Can't wait!

We will miss Arizona so much!  Especially the family and friends we are leaving behind, I just hope the beach will be incentive to visit!

Dora the Explorer Cake!

Our good friends, Lindsay and Austin for 6 years now!  Have the cutest 2 girls ever!

Jane just turned 2 and her mom and I made a Dora Cake for her birthday.

Let's just say it was huge!  So heavy at least 10 pounds!  It was a Dora mold but we added fondant to the top for the features.

It was a moist chocolate cake with Cherry-Almond-Whipped Cream Filling with a butter cream frosting to top it off!  YUMMM!

Linds and I with our creation

The birthday girl.
She has the best big sister, Kate, who helped with the creative side of the cake: she added a belly button and the pocket friend and the tongue.  It is fun to be around such cute kids!  I hope ours are half as good as these girls!

2 already!  Lindsay and Family came to Philly to visit us our first year out there.  She was pregnant with Jane.  Jane is the cutest, most fun adorable girl.  I do have to admit she is in love with Ted WAY more than me, can you blame her!?  Maybe this cake helped out me out a little?

We will miss the Abney's again as we make our 13th move in 6 years to L.A.  At least we are near a beach and only 6 hours so they can visit....right!?

I love reading it but even I have to wait until next week to see what happens!
